My classroom rules for middle school

Course Description: This class focused on general classroom management techniques as well as strategies for specific situations and challenging students. I gained virtual experience in setting up seating arrangements, looking at IEPs and making accommodations for students, and creating classroom behavioral management systems. I completed the course by creating a final PowerPoint presentation that discussed my classroom management philosophy and potential strategies I would use in my own classroom.

*Note: I created this presentation before I was hired as a middle school teacher. It has a very elementary school flavor, as that is what the majority of my experience had been up to that point. I have since adapted many of these techniques to fit my middle school classroom.
